Best "diet" book ever
A friend recommended this book. I love it. I've lost 15 lbs in about 2 months with 40 min of cardio about 5 times a week. You eat 6 times a day, you can choose from a variety of meals. They taste good, have low sodium. You get one free day a week. I dont always follow the dinners because I dont expect my bf to eat healthy with me- i just try to watch my proportions, but i've still lost weight. Its easy! a lil pricey to get started but its worth it!

i've been a fan of bill phillips since i was a teenager. i always get a lot of great ideas out of his books. he's wonderful. needless to say, i love my copy of eating for life!

Great book - must have!
My boyfriend really wanted this book so I bought it for him and I ended up reading the whole thing first. I just couldn't put it down. I'm not much for cooking, but his recepies are pretty simple and easy to follow. I like the pictures so you know how it's suppose to look when it's cooked. At the bottom of most recepies, it also shows pictures of the ingredients. This really helps the non-cook like myself!

Eating for Life
The book is awesome. It was shipped from Amazon, LLC and took 18 days. It did not ship until 7 days after I ordered it. Not impressed with Amazon, but the book is awesome. Great recipes, good sized servings, and lots of variety. I have already lost 10 lbs in 2.5 wks.

Awesome Book
This book is awesome! Explains a lot and makes everything understandable. I love the recipes in the back. They are simple but tasty! I love that he shows pictures of the products so when you go to the grocery store you know what you are looking for.
